Whitaker-Taylor at SuccessConnect 2016 Las Vegas

successconnect-lasvegas-img.jpgWhat a great week we had with the Whitaker-Taylor team at SuccessConnect 2016 in Viva Las Vegas! It happened in Vegas, but we're definitely not leaving what we learned there.

During our team debriefing, we all agreed that this was one of the best trade shows in the past two years. Of course, we enjoyed the delicious dinners and the parties. What impressed us most, though, was talking and listening to customers. We met customers who were just beginning to implement SuccessFactors, as well as ones already working with most modules. And all the SuccessConnect attendees showed a high level of interest and engagement.

Our Whitaker-Taylor team included Scott Burton, Mark Unangst, Mary Hill, Terry Mikloucich, and Pablo Stuardo. (That's me, Angelo, on the far left.) We occupied booth #10. If you attended, I hope you saw us there!  We were located just next to the SAP SuccessFactors Team of Experts.

Of course, we were also highly popular because of our ‘’Spin the Wheel’’ game. Visitors left our booth with new SuccessFactors knowledge, as well as some really great prizes. The Starbucks gift card was the absolute favorite!

SAP SuccessFactors Implementations Road Map and Support

We talked with many customers at the event, and we heard most often discussions of upcoming implmentations for the Employee Central and Learning modules. To meet the customers’ needs, we will be organizing a webinar addressing implementation of these two modules and offering solutions to customer challenges. Be on the lookout for more detailed information in the near future.

We also had many customer conversations about SuccessFactors support. We heard from companies being supported directly by SAP SuccessFactors, by large SAP partners, and by small SAP partners, like Whitaker Taylor.  In almost all discussions the customer was most satisfied with support from smaller SAP partners. They cited the fact that these small partners have SAP SuccessFactors as their core business, unlike the larger partners.  Also they have certified consultants for which support is an important business activity, instead of heavily focusing on selling licenses.

These conversations confirmed what we've always believed and demonstrated here at Whitaker-Taylor. Our case studies highlight how we support clients in a post-go-live environment. We're also always on top of the SuccessFactors quarterly releases, quickly mastering the changes and providing timely information and recommendations for our customers.

Looking Forward - Achieving Above Expectations

During the event we were pleased that Mike Ettling, President of SAP SuccessFactors, took a moment to stop at our booth. We had a good conversation with him about clients and strategy. And last, but not least, the performance of Earvin ‘’Magic’’ Johnson was really impressive. He shared his stories about achievements above expectations!

We are looking forward to continuing the successful collaboration and open communication with all our current and potential SAP SuccessFactors customers. Hopefully we will meet soon at SuccessConnect Vienna in November.  Look for the Whitaker-Taylor booth there!
