This view enables executives to compare various ratings for team members and change them as required.
2.Performance View (Drag and Drop Enabled)
This view shows the guidelines and how managers and executives should distribute the employees based on performance.
3. 9-Box Talent Grid View
This view allows managers to distribute the employees based on the succession elements such as risk of loss and impact of loss. Managers and executives can also compare employees to see their talent cards (a talent management snapshot highlighting key metrics of the employee) and change the ratings if necessary.
